Eker & Ely is a family owned business and we are happy to announce that we expanded and opened a branch store named "Apo ni Eker Lucban Langgonisa and Pasalubong". The store offers variety of delicacies from Quezon and our main product lukban Langgonisa.

 

Our Lukban Langgonisa is a premium pork sausage. The superior quality and pungency of garlic blends perfectly with other natural ingredients to bring you the highest quality pork sausage available. Our langgonisa product is made up of 80% meat and 20% fat content. Our product has no MSG, fillers or preservatives added.

Langgonisa tips

 

  • Packaging is a simple act of covering food that keeps microorganisms from contacting the food. Covered langgonisa can be stored longer and at better quality than uncovered ones.

 

  • Freezing keeps langgonisa and other meat products safe by preventing rapid growth of pathogenic bacteria​

 

How to cook

 

  • Get a pan and place the langgonisa (you can cut the tied ends if you want)

  • Heat the pan and add water until langgonisa are half covered

  • Boil the langgonisa and prick some holes using a knife or pork to avoid pork casings to explode

  • Cook until the water evaporates

  • Let the langgonisa cook in its own oil in a low fire or you may add small amount of cooking oil
