When you visit Lucban, you could see locals making it and displayed in many parts of the town. But my grandparents, Eker and Ely, both meat butchers at the local market, were deemed pioneers of commercial langgonisa business in Lucban since 1958.

About us

Lukban Langgonisa is a very popular garlicky local sausage which originated from the town of Lucban in Quezon Province. It is identified for its aromatic and garlic smell. It is basically made from ground pork, mixed with natural ingredients and lots of garlic. This is best eaten together with fried rice, fried egg and dipped with spicy vinegar.
